SKETCH DUMP!!!!

As of late, I've noticed that my drawing skills was getting off, so I decided to do this Practice Sketch Dump! And from the progress, you can see, that I managed to improve it! Even do a sketch that I didn't have a reference for!

The supposed flying sketch of Spyro was literally done with no reference. I had to hunker down with my brain on that one, and the position of the LEGS literally MELTED my brain. It was SO HARD trying to imagine what it would look like from above.

Anyways, what do you guys think? What should I improve? Are my drawing skills improving or not?

C'mon guys! Critique me!

O_O

I'd better practice or pretty soon I'm gonna get thrown aside like yesterdays "Poorly drawn" newspaper.

I would suggest altering the hind legs slightly, if you were to imagine the leg as three bones, one for the thigh, one for the leg, and the last one that connects to the foot, it's basically a giant ankle bone, then you have the foot bones and lastly the toes...

basically, the leg bone is more horizantal. If you do this, then bring the thigh leg closer to the front leg, like in that top-down sketch, it looks more compact and less "weiner dog"

That's something I learned from a few people all telling me the same thing.
