RQ (Request)

Here is another one! This request was asked by . It's his dinosaur (?) OC Prometheus! I tried my best in making this sketch good, but I don't have enough experience in drawing dinosaurs.

Now , you may argue to me that Prometheus is a dragon and this sketch is wrong, I reply, the reference sheet you gave me depicted him as a dinosaur. So..yeah.

Anyways, what do you guys think? What should I improve? Are my drawing skills improving or not?
